“Five star out of five star. The team at Adele’s Pharmasave is composed of Pharmacy level, Wayne Gretzky‘s, and Bobby Orr. They have the best coverage from insurance side and how to deal with your insurance and also they have the lowest dispensing fee. I was previously with a bigger name Pharmacy and I made my change to Adele‘s Pharmasave from recommendation from my healthcare team. I have made the best choice to have moved my pharmacy files from my previous pharmacy to Adele’s pharmacy. What I have found is I spend less time waiting I find more savings in my pocket and I have better health right now. Doctors or Nurse Practitioners will prescribe you drugs, but often because of how busy they are they that will not be able to guide you in compliance and adherence to your treatment plan. Pharmacist Adel always has gone above and beyond as him and his team will walk you through and provide you the resources to get you the best chance in getting through your treatment plan with your drugs that was prescribed to you by your nurse practitioner or doctor. “Have never had any issues with getting a prescription and or refill… So many negative reviews and for what? People need to be more understanding as this is a busy location therefore they have a lot on their plate. I have had issues in the past but they always rectify it in a timely manner. Also super convenient with text messages for prescriptions to let you know when it’s ready. Yes you have to still stand in line like a normal person… I’ve seen so many people get angry at pharmacy reps for literally having to wait in line like a normal person. Please respect them and know they are doing all they can! Especially with a high customer volume at any given time. ❤️”
