Went to the Sunderland store to pick up 1 item. Went in and was rudely told to wait outside. Apparently there was a customer upstairs. .Waited and waited then gave up and left. Not the first time I've experienced bad attitude at a bumper to bumper. Will look elsewhere in the future

Went in to buy freon and one guy in there very ignorant...never go back again and will tell my friends who live up that way.Not very friendly there and not very professional!Bunch of bloody hillbillys.
