The sales staff were great but unhappy with the product. Bought my son a Franco chain for his Grade 12 graduation and the clasp fell off after 1 day! He graduated yesterday Luckily the chain fell off in his bed and he found it. It could have been totally lost. ? Will be going to the store tomorrow.

Poor quality. Necklace pendant broke within in a month. Manager was extremely rude and just blamed me for wearing it daily.. save your money money people don’t go here
