Extremely poor customer service availability! It took three phone calls and a cumulated wait time of 120mn to talk to someone. Pro tips: do not bother calling customer service number. Call a local store or use the chat on the website from a destop computer only, good luck

No accountability for faulty products. I bought a $300 mailbox and it broke within five months. Customer service refuse to refund or even replace the item as it's outside their "30 day return window". Not standing behind the quality of the item is bogus. Unfortunately have to break up with West Elm!
