“I CAN'T RECOMMEND M&M AUTO SALES ENOUGH!!!
Myself and my husband were in a very big hard spot. We had went Christmas shopping for our grandkids at Woodburn outlet and on our way home our car literally lost compression with smoke going everywhere. We were left stranded on the highway at 6 at nigh rush hour in Salem. We walked our way to a hotel stayed overnight and my daughter had food delivered to the hotel for us. My husband had forgotten to turn off the hazard lights and I forgot to remind him till I got calmed down and ready to go to sleep. So my husband who is disabled walked back to the car and a very nice state trooper helped my husband get everything of value out of the car and drove him back to the hotel.
So next day AAA came got the car to the shop and my daughter and son-in-law got us an Uber home because I didn't know what to do.
So we got home and for days tried to find a car and no one would help us, until I called M & M to my surprise the nice young man that answered the phone was so nice and respectful. I asked him questions about an Acura MDX and he answered every question and he even went and checked about two very important things I had to have in a vehicle. He was so patient with me. Then when I asked this young man if he would be willing to drive the car to my home so I could see it he never hesitated in wanting to help me out. He drove the car to me and my husband and helped my husband into the car and helped load his walker.
He allowed me to drive the car.
I told him I wanted the car but I didn't have the money they wanted for it but I could give them cash that day.
This young man and his boss let us have the car for the money I had. They were asking 13000 and they let us buy the car for 9,500. When the young man called and told me his boss said we could have the car Yes I cried I was so relieved and happy I could get my husband to his doctor appointment this Thursday for his echocardiogram. They made the process of signing and all the DMV hassle so very easy and smooth and getting a much needed car. The young man came back to our house and took us down to do all the paperwork.
Please believe me these are good caring compassionate go above and beyond to help a couple that is disabled and on a fixed income. Words can't even express my appreciation and gratitude for M & M Auto and them being there for us at a very hard time. This is not a car dealer that is after money these guys hearts are running over with God's love for people and it shows.
So NO ONE NEEDS TO BE GIVING ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT M & M AUTO.

“Bought a vehicle in May, it's a nice truck, everything they said it was, but it was in a accident that was never reported on car fax, or told to me even thought it had a full "inspection" at Toyota and was cleared. I mean MAYBE they had no idea but if they are looking over their vehicles like they should they most definitely would have know. There is very well done bondo on the drivers side and what we thought was wax was really just paint over spray on the mirror. Fender and bumper were replaced, and rear bumper is slightly bent up(rear bumper we noticed but the rest was done well enough not to catch my eye at the time of sale). I wouldn't have paid what I did if I knew about that, it's probably why the alignment is great but it still drives with a slight wobble. It's a used vehicle and I get it, just could have bought something similar condition for $5000 less if I knew about the damage at the time. Easy to work with dealership, and very kind people that work there. I'm sure it isn't easy running a used vehicle lot. Only reason for 4 star is because I can see why it was missed, but also if it's your business/profession it shouldn't be something that is over looked.”

After unexpectedly having to be without a vehicle, endless rides from a friend, and some very frustrating experiences I had given up! My husband and I came here, not expecting to even have a chance. After looking around and trying our luck, we spoke with Chris (who helped as soon as we stepped out the vehicle), told him what we wanted, and he made it happen. LITERALLY. A gas saver, a good payment, and a reliable car.. WE GOT IT! ??Didn’t take long either. Chris & Adam helped so much in our time of need, both with smiles on their faces. They were upfront with us, went into detail on the paperwork we were feeling out, and answered all of questions. Overall it was a great experience! Would recommend them to any and everyone!
