The staff here are well trained and genuinely good humans. This was my first time donating blood and I will be back. I will share my great experience with the community in hopes to get more people into Red Cross.

I decided not to donate after learning that some of the staff had not been vaccinated against COVID 19. I know that volunteers have to be vaccinated but apparently those directly involved in drawing blood do not.

I have been coming here for three years. Always make an appt and still have to wait over 35 min. Staff playing games on the computer and two to three people just talking. Last time I come. To bad redcross.
