Dogs for Better Lives is the best non profit organization I have ever worked with! I am now on the waiting list for a hearing dog. Dogs for Better Lives communication is excellent. They always get back to me right away.

Very unorganized. Left me sitting outside the gate.. when had a scheduled meeting. I was told they were out ill... nobody call to cancel.. I called and left multiple messages before I headed out for a 30 minute drive both ways..
