Friends and myself were using this place for a rental this upcoming Friday, but instead we got a text message letting us know our rental was canceled. Seriously.. a text message? Is this place ran by elementary students?

Tried to charge me over $1300 for a one day rental. When I asked the guy at the counter why, he could literally care less and told me to call customer service. He was no help whatsoever. The entire situation was sooo fishy.

Awful people, nasty cars. We were told that after taking more money from us than the reservation required that we were denied for the car, over a month later and 10 phone calls to the local branch and customer service I’ve never received a refund. Budget is awful and they have dirty grimy cars and people.
