“I do enjoy the fact that this place is 24hrs. It definitely is an A+ as far as convenience. I noticed that you are compassionate with the homeless crowd as much as your capable of doing so while also maintaining a friendly environment for your customers as well. As for all the individuals complaining about the homeless crowd that comes in and out especially at night, have a little compassion. Night hours are typically cooler in temps even more so during the fall and winter months, and 90% of them are just looking for a little warmth. Homelessness shouldn't place you in a category of scummy, or scary people. In my experiences with the homeless they are all mostly kind hearted and wouldn't hurt a fly. After all this is Portland people and it's not like being homelessness is brand new here. Anyways what I'm saying is don't be so judgemental and take a look at some of the faults that I'm sure you have as we just like we all do, and not so quick to notice everyone else's for Pete's sake. This world has become so hateful and continues to get worse with all these parents teaching their children that if your homeless your garbage. More love and less hate were all in this struggle together and being homeless is not fun out here it's much much harder than anyone that has never experienced it could ever think.”

“This was my first time in a laundromat in 20+ years and what a great surprise- it was CLEAN, easy to use, and the person working (Michelle!), was so helpful and nice. Their ozone feature for odor was especially nice for kids’ basketball uniforms. Highly recommend if you need to get a lot of laundry done quickly, and efficiently!”

“The machines are always clean and in great working order, likely due to the owner doing his own machine maintenance. Speaking of the owner, it doesn't matter what time of the day we are there, so is he. Cleaning, chatting with his customers, helping anyone that might need an extra quarter or laundry detergent or tending to his array of beautiful plants that are in the center of the laundromat on top of the rows of washers. The prices are fair, and if you see John standing in the corner looking for anything that might need fixing or a person to help, let him know he's appreciated! If I ever move out of this neighborhood and need a laundromat, I will most definitely come here. Knowing without a doubt my clothes will be clean when they come out of the washer is worth the trip, even if it's all the way across town!”

“Dropped off my clothes yesterday around 5PM with Nichole and picked them up today with Kippy. I don't know if these sisters are the owners or not but they are awesome. If they aren't the owners, they are the type of employees every owner dreams of; nice, helpful and fast. I work on the road and it is great when a laundry mat offers this service. Then I'm not stuck doing laundry when I should be working.”

“Went there with a wool coat I needed dry cleaned, they gave me a very fair price and were super nice and friendly about everything. They made it super easy to understand what was going on, which was great as this was my first time getting something dry cleaned. I picked it up a week later and it was PERFECT. Gorgeously cleaned, nothing there that wasn't already there when I left the coat. 100% going to use them again, I am so so so happy with them.”

“Good overall. The Laundromat is large and well lit. There are a couple of drawbacks though. First, the parking availability is woefully inadequate. Second, they allow leashed dogs inside. It often times is busy just after opening and there is a rush to get get access to a machine. Often the employees doing wash service for customers are using a large proportion of available machines. Payment by either coin or card is accepted.”

“They're the absolute best! They've done all my alterations for years and it's always perfect. Just now I unpacked a hem job and saw that with out even having to ask they retained the original cuff style hem. They're phenomenal. And the value is splendid.”

“We travel over to West Linn to this specific shopping center because it houses our Walmart grocery pickup service location. This particular neighborhood style Walmart has impeccable customer service, always extremely prompt and delivering my order to the car, always extremely friendly, the area is very secure, and probably most importantly, it's really clean and there are no homeless anywhere to be seen. Feel very safe with the back end of my car open. Other businesses UPS, oil change place, are other spot-on places we use. Two thumbs up to the people that operate this location, because like I said before it's safe.”

“Have both coin/app (credit) run machines. Multiple washing sizes ($3.25 for a normal wash) dryers are $0.25 for 4 minutes with multiple heat settings. Detergent is available for $1.00, quarters only and there is 1 working coin machine. Highly recommend, I had a question and the man working was extremely kind and helpful. Will return.”

“I had a small smudge on a suit jacket and called to see if they would be able to clean it in the next 24 hours. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and told me they could likely dry clean it the same day. I dropped the jacket off and they were able to do a spot treatment rather than dry clean it, which saved time and money. The lady at the counter was very friendly, and the space looked clean and professional. I will be returning for sure.”

“This place is always clean. I have been there a few times. I don't think I have ever seen a broken machine there. Everything is in good repair and the machines work well. There is usually an attendant there, and they are always friendly and helpful.”

I'm pretty sensitive to abrupt customer service so when I brought in a huge pile of alterations I was worried how it might be received. I was helped immediately and never made to feel like a burden even though it took me a long time to change clothes throughout the process”

“I was there on New Years day. I was so grateful they were open! The place was clean, the lady who worked there was busy, but very efficient and friendly and all of the machines, including the change machine, were in good working order. It's an older building so it may seem dirty, but I didn't find it to be, and she was tidying up regularly while I was there. The machine prices seem average, but there is a 2.00 minimum on the dryers I used, which I didn't care for, but what are you going to do when you're there with wet clothes? The clientele is diverse, but all were friendly. I'll go back. I like it a lot better than the precious/fancy laundromats in my closer in part of town, which were not open. I get being closed on Christmas, but a lot of people return to work and school on January 2nd. Those that are open are making the $$”
