“All the employees at Columbia Bank are always most polite, friendly and helpful. But the best was when we were supposed to get a 44 page form off the internet for an LLC transaction and we "computer dummies" needed help. As we waited for an assigned person to help us, Jean Sheppard (asst. mgr) saw us waiting and offered to assist us. She copied the huge document for us, even though we were supposed to bring it in, and helped us work through the whole process.”
