Mike was always prompt about informing us and brainstorming solutions whenever any hurdles arose. By the time we reached our destination, we were so elated when we finally had the keys and Mike was undoubtedly a key team member in getting to that point. Additionally, he helped us with scheduling high quality contractors to help with some minor repairs that were needed following closing to ensure all boxes were checked.
