“Bill Williamson at the Spirits of the West is an alchemist distiller. I went to his store/distillery by chance and ended up really enjoying the taste of the Corn Sour Mash Whiskey (120 proof). Because of the uniqueness of the multiple distillations, the finish was so good and robust, I had to order me a bottle ($75). My buddy was equally pleased by some tastes of his tequilas. Terrific job Bill, keep up the craft!”
