Drove 30 minutes to get there to do blood work before surgery. Got there 3 minutes psst Which they never told me they closed and they would not let me in. Called customer service at labcorp and ask them. And they told me too bad drive somewhere else.

Horrible system here. No actual person checks you in. Type your name on computer and wait to be called. Sitting here and noone is being called back. Obviously Providence Newberg hospital has subcontracted their routine labs to a subcontractor. Horrible customer service, but they don't r care, just a number to them

After waiting for 45 minutes in line to get blood work done the they decided there was not enough staffing to continue. Only annoyed at the 45 minutes. If I was told in the first 10 minutes after checking in that I may not have been seen I wouldn't have been annoyed.
