Great people. Service is wonderful and extremely helpful. Best boots ever made. My feet are happier because of my Danner boots.

My complaint is about Danner's receiving end. I've return the boots that were sent to me because they did not fit or they were too narrow. I called back to get a refund for the boots and some how Danner does not have a way to know if they have received them.
