They all act as if they're always having a good day, and that makes me feel great when I interact with them! after not being happy with a few other vets in town, I've now been going to Buckman for a few years, and have not had a single negative experience.I never feel like we're just another appointment to them. I never feel nervous to ask questions, and I always get thorough and written up answers. I take my senior cat to Valori primarily. “I have had a wonderful experience with Hannah even dealing with a pet in critical health. In 2021 I had a rescue puppy who ended up having a large cancerous mass who only made it to 8 months old before passing. She received $10,000 worth of care in a 2 month span and I wouldn't have been able to try all of the options possible for her if I didn't have my plan with Hannah for her. She was sick and she passed and Hannah ended up refunding me the $105 it cost me to get her ashes. The night she passed the staff were so kind and let me come in at 10pm after hours and spend as much time as I needed with her. I have honored my lost rescue puppy by giving 2 more rescue dogs homes with me and use Hannah for them as well ?”
