I had a line that had a manufacturer defect and was leaking just a little. They went out of their way to get it repaired promptly. A pleasure doing business with them. 5 stars to the service department!

I have had very positive experiences with the Service shop at Umpqua Valley Tractor. High quality work at reasonable cost. Today they were able to replace broken brush hog blades in an hour, which turned out to be a tough job, saving me a second trip for pick up. I’m glad I went and bought my tractor in Roseburg. Everything went smooth and friendly durning the entire sale and purchase. And my new tractor was delivered with a qualified person on how to operate my tractor. Very happy with my new tractor.
