No matter what number you push for the Statesman Journal when the computer answers the phone all the replies you get are no one is available. No wonder places like this are going out of business when they can't even have the common courtesy to answer phone

I never know what time the paper will show up in the morning, anywhere between 7 and 10, I have complained for 6 months. I have canceled my paper

Elderly friend has taken the Statesman for years. Her delivery service has gotten spotty, and when she's tried to reach out to the paper she has had no luck getting her issue resolved (papers delivered daily, and refunds for those that haven't shown up). She's ready to cancel her scrip.
