All the ladies that answer the phone are a delight to speak too, it's the one bill I look forward to paying. I have had several things sent to them and every time I call they are always friendly and helpful in explaining my balance and what my insurance paid.

I had a question about my bill from CTA Labs. I called and spoke with the billing department. They were extremely helpful in explaining the bill to me and getting my insurance company to process everything correctly.
