Nef was awesome and made sure everything was in order before we left. Came in to activate and old account and transfer to a new address and he even got us a better deal then we originally thought. Thanks for taking the time to make sure we were comfortable and even sharing your story of getting stuck in the lift!

So I just went to this place today and their customer service was absolutely terrible... they guy who helped me was very rude and conniving. Please do not come here for any reason.
