I have a Crimson Trace grip for my 1911. It was a little out of warranty and stopped working. I sent it in for repairs. They were unable to repair it and they sent me a replacement at no cost. That's excellent customer service!!!

I have been trying to reach customer service and their telephone lines have been down for over a week. I am doing an exchange and it can't be completed by email. Wondering if Crimson Trace is going out of business!

Crimson will not stand behind their warranties!For 2 years they have given me the runaround for a very minor issue, now they're telling me I'm outside my 3yr warranty coverage! 2 years of back and forth correspondence! They used covid as an excuse! Unreal! I was under the impression they backed your products, I guess not!
