Apart from having to routinely announce yourself in order for anyone to look up from their computer screen and acknowledge you as a customer, they also use your vehicle as a dumpster. The bar for customer service is practically on the ground. Not a pleasant experience at all.

So far I've been impressed. Nathan, whom I've been working with is knowledge and seems like a good guy. I'm hopeful that the repairs will be excellent.

Nathan was great to work with. I brought in an older Honda that needed an estimate done after getting rear ended and although the car was ultimately going to be totaled, he still helped knowing I most likely wasn’t going be getting it fixed. It was super helpful
