“If you want cold, sterile and unhelpful- go anywhere else. If you want to be treated like a valuable human, Stanley's is the place to go.
When you walk in, they ask how they can help you. When you tell them, they will explain any other supplies you may need as well. They are the perfect consultants. We also had an antique lamp that required some repairs. Someone else wanted to take it home as a side project. It came out far better than we expected.
On top of hiring locals and having staff who have been around for ages, it's a breath of fresh air going in there. I can't recommend them enough.”

Its really nice to still do business with people who actually care about their customer service. “I love Harbor Freight! Great deals on things I actually need. I have three sump pump wells in my basement and have had to replace them a few times over the years. Two of the pumps I replaced with ones purchased from Harbor Freight. They were good quality metal ones with legs that have lasted a long time and were easy to install. I always buy another one when I put one in so there's a sump pump on hand when needed.”
