“This was my first time using Wagner and I was NOT disappointed! I didn't get to meet Mitch, as I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and picked it up after he was gone today, but spoke with him on the phone. He gave me great detail on what he did, why he did it and what to look for in the future.I had an alignment and tire balancing done. I had previously brought my Jeep to a chain-store shop for the same thing, twice over the last year and both times it still had serious vibrations.After leaving Mitch's shop, the drive home was sheer joy! No vibrations, no pull and the steering wheel was straight!! He told me that the wheels were WAY out of balance and the alignment was definitely off. There was also further detail. He did it at a great price too!100% would recommend this shop. I will most certainly be back for repairs I can't do myself and I will tell my friends!Services: Wheel alignment”

“Not only is Rick an extremely competent mechanic but he is a nice friendly person to deal with too. And that matters a lot too. Along with doing a thorough bumper to bumper check up on my new 2019 Chevy pick up, he did a state inspection and filled my tire pressure on all four tires, and that's without me to saying a word. And the bill I got made me super happy too because the amount was fair and reasonable. I'll for sure be back. Thanks Rick.”

“My wife's car's brakes making a really loud noise and she just happen to go by the shop. She stopped in and Josh took a look at it right way and determined that a bolt came out of the caliper. He put it up on the lift and replaced the bolt and my wife was back on her way in 20 minutes. For him to take the time out of his busy schedule to do this right away is unheard of in today's auto industry. There is something to be said about small business who add that personal touch.Service: Brakes”

“Amazing service!!! No wonder they got all great reviews! I just moved to town and ended up with a nail in my tire over the weekend. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour.
