We have a good level of confidence in them and came in with a price we were expecting. They're plan is also have us bring our motorhome and they will show us the process for hooking up all and unhooking. That was more than we could have hoped for.”

They also have parts for almost every vehicle and if they dont have it, they will assist in calling other locals in the area to find what you need.”

“I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”

“the new service manager has been very helpful by following through with our warranty issues on our 2019 vehicle. it’s been a little over a year since the former service manager advised us of the problem but did not follow through with verbal commitments. recently we were given instructions from the new service manager and we followed through with the process a second time. only this time the manager followed through by contacting the manufacturer and got results. right now we are following through with the manufacturers direction. the new service manager did the job. he is informative, upfront, and makes no promises. he does give possible outcomes though. most of all he is easy to discuss the issues with and is patient.”
“Since my windshield wiper decided to fly off on a road trip I was in desperate need of a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the design the one I bought was not compatible. However, the guy who helped me was awesome. He knew enough to know to check the hook before he sold.me anything. The store had one in stock and he made sure it was attached properly. I will definitely be back!”
“These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.
