Lisa could not have been more helpful, she showed us multiple mattresses, was very knowledgeable about products and sold us the perfect mattress as well as the perfect pillows. We will definitely purchase from mattress warehouse again!!”

“Sales and delivery were excellent. Debbie did an excellent job with both our furniture order this year. However, the repair side of AK Nahas customer service did not meet our standards, so we deducted one star. Getting a piece to repair a damaged leg was not so good. Finally got a part that would work, but getting it took awhile. They mailed the part to us with postage due!! The manager never followed up on the postal costs we had to pay to the post office to get the part. Would have liked to have been reimbursed the unpaid postal fee, since we saved them the cost of a repair call. Overall, I would still recommend AK Nahas for selection, price and sales.Update: AK Nahas sent a check to cover the postage costs plus a little extra. Changed my rating to 5 Stars for their service and acknowledgment of my concerns.”

“Utterly painless shopping experience!I was quite surprised at how good the experience was. TOMF is employee-owned, and their mattresses are locally manufactured. Prices are very competitive. Because they only sell their own lines in their own stores, you are not overwhelmed by trying to figure out how which mattress of several similar products from different manufacturers is the one that suits your needs. Do you have a tight turn in the hallway leading to your bedroom? No problem! Since they build the mattress, they can build a hinge into it - at no extra charge! The warranty is outstanding - 10 years, non-prorated, unlike many of their competitors. Our sales person, Lisa was attentive, informative, and not pushy. I was in and out in less than an hour.”

“Editing my post…Original post….Was told my order would be in by August. Then told it would be another 6 weeks even though I was told the furniture was at warehouse. A warehouse delivery wasn’t going to happen for 6-7 weeks. Got the run around on the phone. Lady who answers the phone never called back. Only one person tried to help. They are very willing to sell the furniture and tell you it will be in but that is not the case. Moving out of state and will need to figure out how to get my furniture now. Disappointed.After my post I received a call and they are going to make things work for us. Thank you. We have purchased from McKinney in the past and have always been very satisfied with both service and quality. It is one of the first places we go when looking for furniture in the area. Again thank you for keeping a satisfied customer and making this right. I have changed my review.”
