This restaurant is the best in the Lehigh Valley! Whenever I have a guest from out of town here, I bring them to Zest!

Went for brunch. Had the burger, fried rice, and French toast. All were yummy. The place has killer views. More of a special occasion venue than everyday dining. Will be back for dinner service sometime.

Great atmosphere. The fish and shrimp were excellent. Barry our bartender was great. We had a wonderful evening chatting with him and the other folks seated at the bar. He makes fantastic cocktails!
ZEST bar+grille, a new restaurant from the creators of the Grille 3501 of West End Allentown, opened in January 2019 on the rooftop floor of 306 South New Street, in the heart of Bethlehem’s South Side Arts District.
ZEST, defined by 'great enthusiasm and energy,' is the vision of the culinary and social experience that Owner John Trapani and Chef Justin Cogan plan to deliver to the Valley using South Side Bethlehem as their stage. A new and unique dining experience, ZEST will offer outdoor balcony seating where guests will enjoy spectacular views of the Steel Stacks, Hill-to-Hill and Fahy bridges, as well as the Bethlehem Library, City Hall and beyond.
