Instantly diagnosing the issue, they had the part, found the gasket they didn't have (then had it quickly in hand), then installed it at a more than reasonable price. They were pleasant, honest, and helpful throughout. On top of that, free popcorn in the showroom. We were back on the road in well under two hours from the time we first notice the problem. “Mike is probably the best mechanic around! Not only is he able to quickly pinpoint vehicle issues precisely but he is also one of the fastest mechanics I've ever had work done by! I have yet to find another mechanic that is even within price of Mike or the speed of his work! He has a great bunch of guys that work for him as well and none of them are ever out just to make a quick buck or rip anyone off. They all genuinely care about helping their customers in the fastest and most cost efficient way possible because they know this area isn't a high income household area. I would highly recommend giving Mike and his guys a chance at your business when you need any automotive repairs done. It could be anything from a simple oil change to a complete engine overhaul. If I could give more than 5 stars these guys would definitely deserve infinite!”

“I've been using Tri Star Motors in Somerset, PA since 2005. Since that time I have bought 6 or more vehicles. I have all those vehicles serviced at their shop. The service is incomparable to anywhere else I have ever used. The employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is very clean as well as the waiting area and show room. There are coffee and snacks in the waiting area so you can relax while waiting for your vehicle to be completed. I live 30 minutes away in another town and wouldn't consider buying a car from any other place.”

“I always thought this was a mom and pop backwoods shop. Boy was I surprised!! Very professional and fully up to date. A deer hit my son’s car. It looks as good as new. AND they took the time to clean the inside, wasn’t required or necessary, just a point they go the extra mile. Highly recommend.”
