“I have had issues with drivers before, which is typical. I have previously( 5ish months ago) had a driver say a package was undeliverable, even as I watched them drive by my house. They have made some staff changes. Today I was tracking a package and the gentleman on the phone was awesome. He addressed my concern quickly even though they were about to close. Our vehicle is currently broke down so I couldn't pick the package up. The woman who delivered my package today was a life saver. She was so polite and went above my expectations. A big thank you to the whole team today!! My kids were so excited to get our package( it was snacks I ordered for them) . I am very grateful for the kindness they showed.”
