Have been on hold over 2 hours says 7 people are ahead of me in line. Last week it was high call volumes and it just hangs up on you when you call. This company is trash and being forced to use them should be against some type of laws

Absolutely horrible company. Terrible customer service. Ridiculous fabricated billing charges. Such as " weather normalization charge". Which means it was warmer than usual so we are going to charge everyone 29.95 to make up for the projected revenue loss. Criminal.

Excellent service by Ryan Arman, we called the company to inspect a gas smell in the alley and he was kind enough to check our furnace and detected a leak and diagnosed the problem, we're so thankful for this wonderful employee
