“Arrived half an hour before close to have a new spare rim and tire mounted. Found that the new rim was the wrong size and they waited for me to lower the old wrong tire size spare from under the truck and switched the new tire onto the old rim inplace of the old junk spare tire. My family has had many great experiences here one of the best tire shops around 10/10”

“The folks at API are top notch in our book. We are on vacation from Ohio and needed a rear window on our Dodge 3500 (accidentally broke it as we were leaving for vacation to PA). Took them a few days to get the window in and made an appointment for the replacement. Only took a few hours to complete the job, we ended up just walking around town. After we had left and got on the road, got a phone call saying that after we pulled the vehicle out, they noticed rear end fluid on the ground and wanted us to know. We actually did know about the leak but forgot to say something. That's top notch customer service, going above and beyond and giving a customer a heads up like that. Would recommend this facility to anyone.”

“We just started taking our cars and trucks to Central Garage, and they are fabulous! Reasonable prices and quick service. They are helpful in identifying potential problems with our older cars, but not forcing services like so many of the dealerships do. Definitely plan to continue going here!”

“Daughter blew a tire on her car and i had to drive over an hour to get to her. Had already purchased winter tires for her vehicle so I took 2 of them out to replace 2 tires on her car to get her home. I removed the tires and had the new ones mounted and balanced. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and the price was great. Great friendly customer service and quick. Would highly recommend them if you are in a need of tires.”

“My girlfriend and I were driving home to Brooklyn from a wedding in western PA on a Sunday when one of the fittings connecting our coolant lines to the rear heater broke. We called a half dozen mechanics (all closed!) before trying Sam's. Sam's was also closed, but Henley picked up and offered to take a look. Long story short, Henley spent an hour first trying to find a part, then MacGyver a solution for us. He eventually closed off the lines with a new tube, circumventing the faulty fitting and getting us back on the road again. We would have been in real trouble were it not for Henley's generous service. I can't recommend Henley & this shop enough; he really took care of us when we got ourselves into a pickle, and was all the while generous, fair, and professional.”

“Trailer floor had a hole that needed repaired, and these guys were able to temporarily fix the issue. Left off a star because they didn’t have wood to fill the gap, but they did have a steel plate to cover the hole. After getting loaded and then unloaded, the steel plate was bent due to forklift, that being the reason I stated “temporary”.”

“I am updating my review as a result of a safety recall that was performed at Clarion Ford. If you have a Ford Explorer that was recalled with the rear suspension part that included a "complimentary" rear alignment... please be sure the alignment part was done properly...this was a new Ford engineered part and different to adjust than traditional part that was replaced.... hopefully by now they have learned how this part works...I learned the hard way! Other than that ... People very nice.”

“I lost a hub off my boat trailer. Tyler took my call at 9pm and let me leave it while I finished my drive home. He got it fixed at a fair price quickly and I was able to pay over the phone so I could come pick up on a weekend. They have my recommendation.”

“Great great. I hav3 certainly found my new truck shop. These guys know their stuff and everyone is very friendly. They fixed my check engine light limp mode and got me rolling in a fantastic time frame. There was an issue of my abs light on that 4 other shops couldn't fix. Not an issue for this place thanks guy I pray God keep blessing the people at this shop!!”

“They got me in quick. They friendly and professional. They had toys there for my 4 year old to play with. Fair price. I will absolutely go back here. Conversing with rhe guy in the office was more like talking with a buddy than conducting a business transaction. Good vibes all around. I will go back for sure”

“We recently purchased a brand-new Ford Expedition from Clarion Ford, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. We ordered our vehicle at the end of August and had it in our driveway by November, such a smooth and efficient process! Our salesman, Don, was absolutely amazing. He answered every question we had, kept us updated with just the right amount of communication, and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. We are completely in love with our new Expedition and would highly recommend Clarion Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Exceptional service!”
