“I had my van towed here for an emergency fix due to failed coolant tubing. They had it fixed within 2hrs of drop off (we arrived just before their 1hr lunch break). Those with whom I traveled had a contest to guess how much the job would cost. We all guessed too high. They came highly recommended by the nearby rental car place (which we ended up not needing thanks to Bob's). All around, this was a good experience, especially considering the fact that we are at the mercy of whatever auto repair is nearby. Their receptionist (whom the mechanics call "the boss") was very friendly and reassuring. I'd give 7 stars if I could.”
