I've never waited very long and they've never seemed overwhelmed with what comes through their doors. This is busy plaza in a busy area and everyone stayed cool.”

But what really sets this location apart is the staff—they are absolutely on it. Whether you’re mailing a package, returning an Amazon item, or asking for help with a product, the team is consistently helpful, efficient, and genuinely friendly. You can tell right away that management is doing something right because the staff reflects that level of excellence.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Tom, the manager, who took the time to teach me about price matching. Thanks to him, Staples matched an Amazon price for me, saving me $10 and allowing me to complete my $100 purchase right there in-store. I walked out with a genuine Brother product the same day, which was incredibly convenient. While I love Amazon too, there’s something special about having a reliable store like Staples—especially one with such amazing staff. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

If you go online, it's a fortune to get a poster that bigs printed and shipped. But - Staples does is for a great price and absolutely perfect prints.
