“If you need to purchase a mattress, this is the place to go. Jennifer Pratt is the BEST!! She is very knowledgeable about every type of mattress. She was so helpful and patient. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and I am so grateful. I had spinal reconstruction surgery and she guided me in the right direction for the perfect mattress. Jennifer Pratt is AWESOME and she is the one to see if you need to purchase a mattress. She is definitely an asset to Levin's. The BEST experience I ever had with a salesperson.”

“My wife and I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat. We are very pleased with the brand (Flexsteel) and what appears to be high quality. We had a bit of a bad situation where the salesman told us we didn't need to move our old furniture (to our garage) and that the delivery team would. So when the delivery team showed up they told us they weren't allowed to move the old furniture so my daughter and I had to move it while the delivery team was at my house! I was NOT very happy and feel that Levin owes us some sort of discount for this. But even after all that, once we got the furniture we noticed some damage to the leather couch. The delivery team called the warehouse and were told that we can keep the current couch since the holidays were approaching and would deliver a replacement around a week later. They made sure to check over the replacement couch very carefully. The delivery team also did a very nice job ensuring the couch was ok and was very professional and friendly. The reason I'm rating a 5 is because the sales process overall was good, Levin made sure we received a couch we were satisfied with, and mostly because of the very professional and friendly delivery teams we had. I just think Levin needs to make sure their sales team is not telling customers things that the delivery team ends up having to deal with along with unhappy customers.”

“I love the nerdy pictures like the classic Sonic and Super Mario Bros canvases in the housewares. The kitchenware offerings were also tempting. There was a lemon shaped tea strainer which was adorable. I don't think about this place often, but when I do, I'm pleasantly surprised by what I see. It's a little hidden treasure with a bit of everything.”

“Lots of fun Christmas decor! It was scattered throughout the store, though, which made shopping a bit more difficult. But in HL's defense, the fall decor was still displayed as well. HL should also stock FAR more Nativity Scenes and place them where shoppers can find them (not isolated over near the fabric section).Aside from that, it should be noted that HL has the best yarn selection, and many of the yarns are NOT made in China (unlike the yarns stocked by HL competitors). Yay, Hobby Lobby!”

“Although it might be tough to differentiate this place from another nearby local haunt, Gather has a good stock of local gear, seasonal amenities, and interesting odds/ends. I would struggle to call a lot of it useful, but Sewickley is a town where most people have what they need and gilding the lily is commonplace. That’s not necessarily a bad thing and while there’s plenty of foreign made stuff here, it’s good to find anything local and thoughtfully made when big box stores would’ve exclusively carried foreign junk. Gather staff are friendly but not overbearing, and pricing is on the high side for sure so keep that in mind.TLDR: Lots of home goods, seasonal artifacts, and decor.”

“I am so impressed with the customer service and expertise from Leon's billiards and more. They deserve more than a 5star rating and I would refer them to anyone I know. Chris was very informative and answered any questions I had without making me feel like he was pushing to make a sale. He went above beyond as a salesperson. The day before delivery day, Chris called to verify our purchase and run through everything we had talked about to make sure we were on the same page. I even spoke with his brother Mike a little bit as well at the home show, and he too was very knowledgeable and I appreciate everything they helped us with. On delivery day, Corey called to verify the timeframe and ask questions to be prepared for the job. He came with another insteller Justin and they were friendly and considerate. They took care in making sure the product was brought in careful and put together but the whole process went together with ease. He carefully took measurements to make sure the table was in the correct spot. Once the install was complete he took his time to make sure the ball rolled straight and the table was level. He even explained to us what to look for when he was doing it. It's nice to have someone not only install something for you. But take the time to explain things as well. He was very knowledgeable about the build and good to know he loved what he was doing. Not just doing it for a check and get the job done to leave.”

“Stopped in this charming shop while visiting family. Didn't realize that I left my bank envelope on the counter until two days later, after traveling 500+ miles home! These two wonderful, caring and very honest men found the envelope and were ready to do whatever it took to get the money back to me. Thank you for filling your store with such fun items, for sharing your adorable dogs, and for reminding me that people of such character still exist! “Great boutique! Shopped here for the first time today and was very pleased. First off the staff is very friendly and helpful giving honest opinions about sizing and matching. There is a great selection of items. Everything from jeans and tees to formal dresses and coats. They also have accessories and some home items. Items are priced appropriately for each brand. While some items are higher end and a bit pricey you Can also find really great brands of great quality that are more affordable. They have a 14 day store credit only return policy. My only Complaints were that the heat was so high in the store i felt sick. Especially in the dressing room. Also the mirrors are verrrry tilted so I hope the items I purchased still look good at home.”

From our dining set, couch and entertainment center being the best of what we’ve received. The outdoor teak furniture is subpar but we will live with it. The delivery team is better than most. “Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”

“You have to know what you're going into when you enter the store, I've heart lots of people complaining about furniture being damaged, or not perfect. But you're in an outlet! I've gotten some great stuff here, particularly when they have rotating sales. You can get minimally damage stuff for a great price as long as you're willing to hunt for it or wait for the right piece to show up. The furniture is all solidly made, and heavy. Be prepared to hire a moving company or moving it yourself though! We bought *that* 7 foot mirror and almost left it in the street because it was so heavy.My one star off is I wish that they did a better job of wrapping or packaging the stuff you buy so that when it's held there for pick up and/or during your move, you can minimize damage”
