“This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. We received excellent customer service from the front desk to the wait staff. Our room was very comfortable with vintage furniture (as we expected) and clean. In fact, the entire resort was exceptionaly clean and the grounds were also well maintained.We also enjoyed the restaurant in the main Inn. The food was good and the salad bar was fresh and laid out beautifully.We will come back again.”

“I brought a group of high school aged boys for a snowtubing trip and I have no words for how incredible the staff was it cannot be easy dealing with another boy every 2 minutes needing another key card,drink,an extra blanket,etc…. Yet the staff handled it with a smile every time Super awesome place overall rooms are huuuge, pool is awesome,prices are insanely good, very clean everywhere and close proximity to everything poconos!Highly recommended!Rooms: Spacious and cleanSafety: Very safe area nice and quiet place”

“Great music in a beautiful setting. Food was just average. Not what you expect from Stroudsmoor. Service was good. One huge negative... How can you have a venue that seats well over a 100 people and have one bathroom?. Not 1 mens and 1 ladies. 1 single shared toilet .”

“Fairbridge Inn & Suites receives top scores for customer service. Tracy, who met us at check-in, was so friendly and attentive. She was accommodating to our requests and made us feel so welcomed. Whether it be the hiring or training, the entire staff was on point and ready to offer assistance. As for accommodations, the rooms were spacious with nice amenities like in-room fridge and microwave. Although there was a fitness center, I was able to exercise in the room for privacy. The pool area was decorated colorfully, and I felt like I was waking into a movie set of a Wes Anderson film. With all the renovations being made, I’m sure the property will only get better. Can’t wait to return to see the changes.”

“A nice small hotel just 5 minutes from Lehigh Valley Hospital Poconos. The room was your average hotel room but unbelievably quiet. I could not hear my neighbor. The breakfast was hot waffles, fruit, juice, yogurt, coffee, and tea. Just enough to get you going. Restaurant with bar on site. I only gave 4 stars because this is no elevator nor luggage carts.”
“We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were not disappointed. The place is historic and old as dirt. But they've done a wonderful job preserving this great venue. Hardly a bad seat in the house. For the 2 nights we were here, the music was top notch. The food is remarkably yummy, the service is great and the people and vibe is fantastic. Our room was cozy and the bathroom updated. The surrounding area makes for a nice place to wander. If you're a big jazz fan or clueless, this is simply an enjoyable experience.”
