Customer service is, mostly, friendly. Seems as though they need more training in odd situations and advanced procedures.
Beer and Wine has a friendly staff, with great customer service skills. Although some employees may lack knowledge on their products.. they make up for it in friendly behavior.
Front end workers are decent, some are lacking in customer service skills such as hospitality, and communication.. however for an entry level position.. I can't complain much.
Bakery is fantastic here; one of the best Weis Markets has as a franchise. The staff is well-versed in designing, customization, and overall baking. It is a grocery store bakery so don't expect something better from a dedicated bakery.. however it is excellent nevertheless.
The grocery workers are okay, most are unapproachable. They pay attention to their surroundings but ignore a customer that looks lost or confused.
I must express that I've mainly witnessed this during the night shift, 18-21:00 hours, and that they may be shutting areas down around this time.. hence my rating.”

So who gives the east shore issues the people that live there. Calm down people one day u will find out. As I said u dont own the gas station nor are u a ceo of giant so watch it u are just normal people like all of us sorry not sorry but calm down.”
“The technicians and pharmacist’s care about what they are doing and this gives me a sense of security in terms of taking medication. They always have the information pamphlet for meds attached, and make sure I understand what I am taking.”

The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.”

“Gas prices at this Weis and the one in Enola are usually cheaper compared to other grocery stores or gas stations. Employees are always kind! They will talk over the intercom at your pump and tell you to have a good day or ask if you need any assistance. If you're paying cash, they always have a smile. Plus, if you have gas points you get extra savings.”
