“Very kind, helpful, and fast! I came in for an oil change today and they informed me it might take 2 hours or so (they were very busy, so I expected this). I dropped my car off and walked home, about 20 minutes. They called about 15 minutes after I got home and told me it was already finished, and they even replaced my dead headlight as well, all reasonably priced and fair! “I brought my bronco there for service after going off-road, my alternator failed, I brought it into Fred beans Ford talk to a person named George, no problem we leave it did get me a loaner, overall a good experience, especially everybody I talk to is very nice, dealing with a dealership it is a long process, but they made good for it, Ended up doing an inspection which was due soon with an oil change and a tire rotation, only got charged for the inspection, I will return next year for my inspection,”

The person I spoke to at Keenan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me more information based of my description only. The other dealership wouldn't even talk to me unless I took a day off to visit them so they could 'assess' the damage before they would even talk about the part needed and would have demanded I take another day off at THEIR convenience to repair the car.I will defiantly be going to Keenan in the future for all my Honda needs when the time comes.”

“This is a 5 star review for work NOT done. I took my SUV to Suburban and Scott looked at the rear quarter panel that scraped against the garage as it was backed out. He took vin#, asked for email address, took photos etc THEN said hold on I want to get something from the shop. He proceeded to wipe down where the scrape was and amazingly the damage was just dirt from the vinyl garage surround nothing else needed to be done! The only word I can think of to describe my experience is - HONEST thanks Scott.”
