“My dog had cluster seizures, and two Philadelphia emergency rooms for pets turned him away because I couldn't pay. This hospital told me it doesn't matter bring them in and we'll make something work for you. I tried carecredit and I still wasn't approved but they still see my dog gave him the medicine he needs and saved his life the staff were great they even called me the next day to check on him to make sure he was doing okay and told me no matter what even if I can't pay make sure I bring him in never let an animal suffer because of unwillingness to pay. Honestly they care about the animals!! I really can't even say nothing bad about them only good reviews completely”

“I absolutely love Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital. The doctors and staff are so nice and accommodating. They all genuinely care about each animal they take care of. They squeeze me in last minute if they can and have a couple evening appointments available during the week which is amazing. My toddler is always my side kick and that's never a problem. One of my dogs even had dental surgery there and they watched over him so closely. I really appreciate them and I am super lucky to have found them. I love that it’s a cat only place since I’m not sure how my cat would react to being near dogs in a vet office! Dr. Reisner was responsive and had a great website to learn more info about services rendered.The wait times across the country are atrociously long (some had wait times of 6-8 months), so I was excited to hear about just a 6 week wait to have my dog be seen.Once I have our appointment, I will update the review. So far, so good though. ? Excited to get support for my little guy.”

Every time I do need to go to the clinic, I am very grateful for the kind and knowledgeable care they receive. I don't know how much longer visits in the parking lot are going to go on (they are slightly disconcerting) but I understand the need for precaution these days and if my dogs have to keep being seen in the parking lot, it's worth it to see the doc and staff here.”

The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!”
