I loved the smells, the samples, the food (mostly the imported Provolone Cheese!). The older folks would talk in Italian, it was magical. I hope I can visit there again. “Fast, friendly, clean environment. Staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The Roscoe DG has a much better set-up than many of the others I've been in. The aisles are much wider and it's much more organized/cleaner. Saved 30 dollars with my two five dollar off (Saturday) coupons, combined with other digital coupons, which was super convenient and also helpful to my budget. It's a store I actually don't mind going into, unlike others, such as Walmart. I can spend an hour in this store easily, without all of the overcrowding and hostility from other shoppers that I experience in bigger stores. It's much more peaceful, like shopping should be. Sometimes I end up purchasing items I don't even need, just because I'm able to spend the extra time browsing. When I'm at bigger stores like Walmart, I get in and out as fast as possible. I only "browse" at Walmart online because the physical environment is just incredibly intolerable. Grateful for DG with an environment that allows me to shop in peace!”

“My go to store for literally EVERYTHING! I live only 5-6 mins away so me and my husband go here alot for household needs, snacks, drinks ect. I can even get my pet food there. The store is always clean, aisles are clutter free unlike other dollar generals i have seen. The employees are all friendly and make you feel welcomed every day. They know my family now considering how much we go there.”

It's definitely the biggest store in about a 20 minute radius so worth stopping by on your next grocery outing if you haven't been before.”

“This dollar General in Masontown is very nice to have so close to home.. and they are open till 11pm at night ? ....the manager that runs this store is super nice and keeps stuff stocked ....and all her employees are nice and very helpful helping you find items your looking for.... dollar generals are like little Wal-Mart's in your community they have almost everything you need without having to run all the way to town to Wal-Mart or target etc.. I love shopping here”

“Even though Corporate took over, I'm pleased to report that their pepperoni roll recipe remains the same! I grew up in Dry Tavern and remember going to Davis's to get these pepperoni rolls with my grandparents. When Davis's was razed for the Giant Eagle, the recipe stayed the same, and thankfully remains the same, 40 years going. No other Giant Eagle sells them. They are the best pepperoni rolls I've ever had. They now sell a six-pack of smaller pepperoni rolls, and they have the same taste, but the true originals are sold individually and sell out quickly! Pre-order or arrive before noon to get yours.”

“The workers are always nice and friendly. The food is usually pretty good!! My kids would live off their pepperoni rolls I think!!The only downside is the owner doesn't respect most discounts offered by his suppliers. For example the red bulls are 2 for $6 but instead they both will ring up full price.”

“Joseph Vincent there is NO WAY this gas station racially profiled you for being of "Indian" heritage. That is ridiculous...I personally know many ppl who work here as I am a local resident myself, and it's really hard to believe that anyone would say "oh no, that's an Indian and you cant buy gas here bc of it. Sounds to me there's more to the story your not sharing. I see your picture & I would not have even guessed your heritage if you'd not have announced it. STOP playing race and the ethnicity card. As for this gas station. It's small, but it's the only gas station in the immediate area for 20 minutes in all directions so it's convenient, the staff is super friendly & their coffee is fresh. Nice place for a quick stop.”
