“Wonderful service. This lovely shop on the Paoli shopping center is unassuming but brilliant inside. I came to see if a pearl pendant necklace would be worth repairing and they did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price and called directly to let me know it was ready. The shop has amazing pieces on display, a variety of types and plenty of settings to work to create your own options. It's wonderful having such a great spot nearby to purchase or repair in the future. The strip mall tends to have shops rotate regularly and the parking can be tight but usually can get a spot and this one seems to stand the test of time.”

“DiAne is the best. She is professional, kind, and really listens. I have a milestone birthday coming up and I wanted starburst diamond earrings. I showed DiAne a photo but unfortunately Kay didn't carry anything like this. However, she was able to find starburst charms from Dana Augustine Diamonds, one of Kay's vendors. They were able to make earrings out of the charms. I attended the next diamond show where they made the earrings for me while I waited. They turned out beautiful and I wore them all weekend!DiAne has been a part of many milestone birthdays. My husband and I met her when we went shopping for my engagement ring. “I had a vision for my engagement ring. I did my research and it took us to Eastern Lapidary in Edgmont. I showed the two gentlemen my design I drew and the process began. I picked out a yellow diamond and used smaller diamonds from an old ring. A few weeks later I had an amazingly beautiful ring.
