“My old pharmacy had technicians who were unbelievably stand offish, rude and arrogant. This place is the complete and utter opposite. Every time I either call or come in everyone is so polite, friendly and eager to help. I think it was Sissy who helped me on the phone (hope I got that right!) and she was sooooo sweet and helpful. It’s nice to see a place in today’s day that values human connection and not the bottom line. I wish the pharmacists at my old place would take some notes!”

“My good recommendations are as few and far between as Ron Swanson. I have been going here for about a year now. This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Staff is friendly, prescriptions prompt, and most importantly if you call and have a question you don’t have to fight with an AI bot for 30 minutes to leave a voicemail that is returned 2 hours later.”

“This is one of my go-to places for fuel in the Burgh, only because I am still a member of Sams Club and they do tend to have discounted gas and this is a hedge for prices regardless of which government admin is in power and trying to rip off the people. Or if they are not, it's just the PA government with the 2nd highest gas tax in the country messing with us. Anyway, the only reason why I can't give it a 5 star and it gets a 4 is because recently, withing the past four months, the app will not let me connect and I have to go old skool and pull out the cards and it's frustrating to both me and the people behind me. Also the reason why it's not a 3 and instead it's a 4 is they recently added longer hoses so it really does not matter where you pull in left or right side to fuel up your vehicle.”

You will be amazed what a truly personal and caring pharmacy service can (and should) be. I didn't know until I switched from Spartan and can only regret I haven't done it sooner. A+ on all points - prices, autorefills, delivery. And communication, that's a big one - when you call or text, you get a real person to talk to, not some AI assistant (Spartan, I'm talking to you). “Fastest pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Pricing was 13$ less then CVS, 14$ less then walgreens and 17$ less then Giant Eagle + plus the staff here don’t give you a hard time and aren’t moody. They are helpful, mindful of your time and everytime I’ve picked up a medication here, they were considerate and polite. “They are much better than dealing with the big chain stores. They fill your scripts quickly and if they dont have it they get it typically the next day. The price on all of their health and wellness items is very fair. It's night and day compared to CVS or Rite Aid when it existed. They dont stock a lot of any one item, but can get it for you quickly and at a good price. Great pharmacy .”
