Was having problems with my Huntington App. Went into speak to the Manager. She solved my problem within minutes. Sadly can’t remember her name. Been with this bank about 5 years and always friendly people!

I have tried to call several times over the last month. I first have to listen to a 3 minute message about the virus and then I can never get an actual person to talk to. Othe than that the staff are wonderful when you can actually have a conversation.

I was informed that a very dear friend of mine was treated extremely poor and that all the employee's including the manager were very rude all over a simple question I will be pursuing this issue to your highest level
