“One sour apple ruins the basket, which is the case here. The body work is outstanding. Interacted with a couple of mechanics and Carol who bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. They do have one incorrigible office employee who makes you wait until she has completed what she is doing before she even acknowledged you. If you can ignore the sour apple, their work is impeccable.”

“I worked here as the porter for almost a year, ensuring all truck drivers had a nice clean shower each visit. I have talked and made friends with alot of very nice truckers coming in from alot of different places. It was honestly my favorite job I have ever done. Tina the manager was very supportive and super awesome. Actually miss working here socializing with all the truckers and workers. Everyone up here is so nice. I suggest if u guys ever need to stop and shower, or need a little nap they have a a movie room they keep the lights off so u can catch a movie or take a quick nap while they work on your truck,get a massage in the chairs,grab a bite to eat from the many options they have from the restaurant,pizza hut,subway or something quick from the store with a nice hot coffee or cold beverage, or to do your laundry go to TA they go out of their way for everyone.”
“Eric saved me! I initially went to a different shop and waited eight months for the repairs (parts shortage) Once I got my car back, it was an embarrassingly inadequate repair job. I then took it to Platinum and received an estimate to repair it correctly. Due to Eric refusing to cut corners and actually doing the job correctly to proper specifications the insurance company (Snake Farm) opted to declare the vehicle a total loss. The Insurance company then gave me a low-ball offer as the final payout. Eric advised me to reject their offer. I did and they "looked over my claim and realized they weren't using accurate comps". As a result, I received thousands more, which was an actual accurate value of the vehicle. Eric and his staff will fix your car correctly the first time and his vast knowledge of auto insurance is invaluable. Cant recommend enough!!!!Service: Body & Trim”
