“If I could give 10 stars I would. I called the shop a few hours prior to bringing my car in, and was told I could bring it by after I got off work. I had a splash guard that came undone, and they were able to repair it and get me on my way home in less than half an hour. All for a price that was lower than what Flynn’s quoted me at for just looking at the car. The front desk staff was friendly and Gizmo did me a huge solid on such short notice. 10/10 would recommend.”

“There are several really good collision places in Erie. I was introduced to Danzer Collision 35 years ago by a trusted particular friend. They were the only place that he would take his prized vehicles. In that time ownership has changed once. However, the customer service has not gone down - but gotten better. I recently had a very challenging schedule on a reconstructed title vehicle. I cannot thank Kevin and his staff more for working with me,knowing that I had a schedule and doing everything that they could to get it done on time. I feel they went above and beyond my expectation. The work looks fantastic as it always does. But more important Kevin and his staff was aware that there was a schedule hardstop that was important to me. Not only did they make a couple of decisions in order to make that schedule happen, but it was seamless in their whole process. With great work expected (and received), I appreciated their professionalism, honesty and personable contact. I won't go anywhere else and won't recommend anyone more. “I was in town on vacation visiting friends. On my first day some idiot put a huge scuff mark on my rental car that wouldn’t wash off. I stopped by and asked if they could do anything. They buffed it out in less than a minute. I probably could have done the same thing myself with some store-bought product for less money. But I’m not experienced and I didn’t want to take any risks on my rental car. The peace of mind was well worth saving my vacation and not getting some massive repair bill from the rental agency.”

“On a two day trip from Indiana to Maine we find a water leak from the passenger side dash area onto the carpet, a constant drip which was sogging the carpet. Likely a AC water drainage problem. We had another day and a half drive to Maine and would probably have to turn off the AC for the remainder of the trip. Upon arriving in Erie late in the afternoon for an overnight I find Vercillo's right next to our Hampton Inn hotel. 8:30 the next morning I take my car over there and asked if they could take a look and quickly address the problem as we on a long trip to Maine. I was expecting at the best that they could get to it later that morning. The gentleman immediately took a look at the car and quickly found it was not a quick fix of draining...unplugging the AC drip line, but a bit more complicated problem, which he quickly resolved. I was on my way in 30 minutes. If i lived in Erie I would have Vercillo's do all my car work.”

They provided excellent customer service from the day I walked in to drop off my vehicle, throughout the repairs with updates, and at pick up. The job was also completed quicker than estimated, the work they did was impressive AND they even cleaned up the inside of my car which was unexpected and so appreciated. “I went in to see a specific used car. Jess was fabulous and welcoming and very knowledgeable about Hondas, which was the make of car I wanted to see.
In the course of allowing me to road test the car, she noticed my driver's license had just expired.
She walked me through the process of getting a temp license on the spot, and explained that she is also a notary.
The car I drove was used but in new-car condition, beautifully presented and clean. It was also a great price especially because Jack Cooney's does the PA inspection for you before sale.
I did not buy that car because it wasn't quite what I was looking for (it was exactly as advertised but I realized I wanted more technology features) and I needed to replace a totaled car ASAP as my rental car coverage was running out.
But had I had more time I would have waited until the right car came in just so I could buy it with the peace of mind buying from Jack Cooney's would bring. Thanks Jess ! You are a great asset to the Erie used auto market! So professional, knowledgeable, and kind.”

Over 3 months later after multiple problems I picked it up from Roth and drove it directly to Platinum for a post repair inspection.They uncovered the unsafe low quality repair Roth had done and it ended up with the vehicle being totaled.
