“I have been using this bank for a long time.I have never had any problems. Everyone there is so helpful and patient. I had a problem accrue. Not with them at all .I was given a check from a company. The check did not deposit the first time.I told the company they gave another. I was so scared I was going to have the same thing happen and not get paid. Let me tell you all that these people care so much about you.The manager Lynn, Tina and Krystie my teller . All of them helped me until there was nothing else they could do. “This bank has been here a few years. Added during the time of the construction of the nearby plaza and restaurants. When it first opened I believe it was a Fifth Third before they exited the region. I'm not a particular fan of First National as they burned me in the past, long story and not needed for this review. I seem to find myself doing my banking while on the road home from work late at night. Doing this that means I need to find an ATM that will allow me to do deposits. I was skeptical when I pulled in here if I would be able to do that. This sits on a rather big lot for a bank, but that makes it easier to get to the drive up ATM. The ATM is of the newer variety which made banking that night very easy. I appreciate that they switched to one that you do not need envelopes for. Being right along Route 22 makes for an easy on/off the "highway" through the area. Thus why I chose it on my route that day.”

“I just want to say after years of being a customer, the employees and branch managers even the branch managers bosses are telling customers that it's impossible to get business loans through this bank anymore and are sending clients to 1st summit. Honesty goes a long way. I was referred to 1st summit by multiple first commonwealth employees and appraisal companies that first commonwealth uses and what a difference. I kept my personal account with them due to Honesty.”

“Finally, a vehicular banking win! After not being able to make a deposit so far on my way home I gave it one more shot before I got home. Dollar Bank is not a disappointment to me in any manner, each time I stop at a branch I can do my business and be on my way. I pulled in here, pulled right up to the ATM, and deposited my check. Nothing more needs to be said. Dollar Bank always pulls through for me. Fun fact about this location, it is basically the only remaining piece of the old Greengate Mall. It is the only piece of the mall that is still standing. When they cleared the way for Greengate Center it was left intact. It's like holding onto the past. If you want to picture what the mall was like, just look at this building.”
