I’ve taken every vehicle I’ve ever owned to them, new or old, and when my parents lived in the area, Stephanie and Paul were the only people they would take their vehicles to also. Everything from oil changes when I don’t have the time to do it myself, to larger repairs and inspections, I always know my vehicle is in good hands when I drop it off at Jeepers. They’re willing to work with my schedule, always able to fit me in if I need them to, and one time still squeezed me in even though I missed my appointment by over half an hour. I live 3 hours from the dealership and was on a trip headed East so John pulled the car into the show room until I arrived the following week to pick it up. He got my 2016 CX5 into their service department to have it looked at. I am gifting that car to my son so not only did I receive an email that my car would be serviced on a certain date, but a video would be sent to me with the work they were performing. “I have been coming here several times as it is the closest one to my home. The staff are friendly and communicate well which are important as one could argue that any of these auto centres can do an oil change and change tyres. Compared to other businesses in the area they take the time to explain despite being busy on occasions which has always left me feeling i had all the information to make a decision regarding the car and my tyres. Shout out to Jacob and Andrew who I have worked with the most.
I also think they are better than other walmart auto centres closer to Baltimore (close to work). I make a special attempt to get my jobs done here.
Waiting room is spacious and clean. I like to get my work done and there are a few things to kids entertained also.”

The service manager, service advisor, and technician that performed this service for me was extremely professional, polite, and overwhelmingly friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased!! The pricing was extremely competitive and actually came in lower than I expected which almost never happens these days unfortunately.
