“Service and professionalism was excellent. My problem was they lost a plastic cover that fits over my battery in an Infinity Q50. I did not look under the hood until two days after the windshield was installed and it was missing. Evidently the tech didn't put in back on tight. When you came out to inspect you just blew me off with no responsibility to replace.”

We came from two states away to buy our new Toyota here because we couldn't find the car we wanted with the options we wanted any closer. We were somewhat apprehensive because this was a new experience for us. They gave us a good price and were not only helpful but good to their word. They picked us up at the airport, and everything was just as they had said. I haven't had as positive an experience with other dealerships. Within a couple of hours we were on our way with our new car.”

“While on a recent road trip to Pittsburgh Pa., from Rochester, N.Y., I suddenly noticed multiple sensor lights on my dashboard came on and the engine turned off. I had to pull over to avoid having an accident. The car would not turn on. I was stranded. I had no idea where I was; only knew I was about 1 1/2 hrs. from Pittsburgh. I was able to contact AAA & Subaru for assistance and they recommended A. Crivelli Subaru, in Franklin Pa., about 20 miles from the location. As you can imagine, I was stressed, and very nervous. I had the car towed. The Service Manager and team at A. Crivelli Subaru assured me that they would figure out why the car suddenly stopped operating. They were highly professional, kind and understanding. The service team did an outstanding job helping me calm my fears. I was informed that they would provide me with a rental which was included in the warranty, and I could get to my destination. By the next business day, Monday, the service manager called, and explained that they did a thorough diagnostic test and found the problem - it was a valve that needed to be replaced. No problems, I returned, and I was able to drive my car back home to Rochester, N.Y. I want to give the Service Team at A. Crivelli Subaru, in Franklin, Pa a super special THANK YOU!! Excellent Job - Highly recommended.”

“Always a great experience. Professional. Will honestly tell you if it's worth putting the work into the vehicle or not. And to that guy complaining about them not wanting to tow/work on his tesla. He's just a crybaby. If you know anything about vehicles remotely at all...you'll know that teslas are a whole different breed. Even towing them is problematic. And most of the time they need to be worked on by a tesla service center directly. So he is just playing the entitled victim. This is a great shop.”
