“Can’t say enough good things about everyone at High Octane Auto. I have a relatively new vehicle so everything I need is typically just general maintenance. They run the operation like true professionals, super polite, great prices, honestly they are just good people and it shows in their work. Would bring my vehicle here over any big brand service center any day of the week, we need to support our local businesses, and these people are first class!”

“I have been treated with respect and billed fairly. This has been a refreshing experience due to the fact the service dept was able to diagnose my car and repair it without any issues. It needed a fuel pump. Now it runs like new again! I feel as a single woman going into a car dealership service center can be overwhelming. I am so glad it was yours I found. Thank you for the professional service and repairs.”

“Helpful, knowledgeable, reasonable costNeeded oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades. Easy to get appointment at last minute. While there, discovered we needed inspection soon and graciously did that instead of having us come back. Love our 2016 F250, we bought there, when it was brand new. Highly recommend A. Crivelli Ford. Our salesman was great, too.”

“Bought my Tahoe from Village Auto back in February, and after the experience I've had, I won't buy anywhere else. A small issue came up a few months in. I brought it back, and the guys in the shop tracked it down, took the time to do it right, and had me back on the road without any runaround. The sales team was just as good on the front end — straight with me, no pressure, no games. Start to finish, every person I dealt with treated me like a neighbor, not a transaction. This is what buying local is supposed to feel like. If you're anywhere near Franklin and you're tired of being a number at the big dealerships, go see them. I already tell everyone who'll listen, and now I'm putting it in writing. Thank you to the whole Village Auto crew — sales floor and shop both. You've got a customer for life. — Truly A Happy Customer”
