“This certain Wawa location on W Ashland Ave and N Macdade Blvd has great staff members that are willing to help out customers. The food wait times are very fast but I just have a problem at this certain location with the person that prepares the food behind the counter. The food comes out fast but seems rushed. My Chicken on a Biscuit had an extremely lightly cooked Biscuit with the chicken felt mushy. Almost felt like microwave chicken strips. I bought a Sausage Egg N Cheese Sizzle at 9am and it tasted old. The Folcroft Wawa is way better on food taste. It just depends on the staff that make the Wawa great. Every Wawa is set up the same. I guess don't order prepared food at slow small Wawas.”

“We went to get blood drawn They Were helpful unfortunately they don't have a waiting room so you can not get any glucose tests because their is no waiting room”

“I probably go every other if not every day...they they also carry products from foods to medicine...the staff is so nice and professional they go over and above...my hair color is always in stock...it should fulfill your needs...”

“I went to Walgreens today to pick up an anti- nausea medication my dr had sent in yesterday. There had been some confusion with insurance, and my pre-authorization had finally gone through and I had spoken to someone on the phone who said it was ready for pickup. When I asked for it, the younger girl working told me it wasn't ready yet. I unfortunately got a little upset, and started asking to know who had told me it was ready, if it wasn't ready? I am 8 weeks pregnant and having a lot of issues with nausea, and had waited a while to get them resolved, so I was frustrated. She stood her ground, until another employee came and said no, it is actually ready, but wasn't marked as ready in the system yet because the pharmacist had to check it (not her fault at all). The other employee then got the pharmacist out of his break to check the prescription so I could have it. The girl was very apologetic and accommodating, and I feel silly for being a difficult customer. All of this to say, I don't usually look at name tags, but the younger girl with dark hair who works at this location is doing a great job. When I worked in retail, I would not have wanted to deal with me, and would certainly not have apologized! The whole afternoon staff is customer oriented and accommodating. Thanks!”

“I have not received better customer service than I did when I came to this store I was greeted the moment I open the door with a very happy attitude, and to be honest I wasn’t in a good mood until I came into the store. everybody was so friendly I would like to say Andrea, Patrick and Alicia thank you so much for making my day better I now will never go to Wawa again, unless it’s absolutely necessary I will be getting my gas food snacks, chicken everything from Royal Farms. “Great help the staff knows we're everything is Alice is a great manager and very professional and helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about all the information on the products they sell I have been going there for year's and the pharmacy and pharmacist are also very helpful knowledgeable friendly courteous and always text you when you're medicine comes in and as a former United States Marine they are very respectful and treat me compassion when I am very sick after 11 years of going to them I don't think I have ever had a bad experience maybe at times they are very busy and cannot get to me right away but they always try to do their very best to help you as a person and as a customer of there store I want to thank them for always making my shopping experience with them very good ? “Nov 12th, 2021 I have been coming to CVS Pharmacy In Glenolden since 2018. Born and raise in Glenolden. In September of 2018. I was diagnosed with Heart condition which landing me at Bryn Mar Hospital. Always take care of my health. Don’t’ drink. Quit smoking cold turkey 2014. I thank my primary doctor in Lawrence Park shopping center for helping me quit smoking. When I got out of the Hospital, my doctors had me set up on medication. Never been on medication. Scared, wondering, side effects, stress, what these medications are going to do to me, single dad trying to raise his kids, work full time etc.. First time I step in Glenolden, I met Maria and her staff. Maria and her staff have made sure everything was set up for me, went over the medicines, side effects, and made sure if I was low on my medication, Maria and her staff would go out of their way to contact my doctors so I’m under any stress. Maria went out of her way explain everything that I’m taking, set up for me CVS Pharmacy website so I understand what medication I’m taking each day. Maria and her staff not only take great care of me but take great care of all CVS Pharmacy customers. I see this with my own two eyes what these man and women do each day. They make sure our health is taking care of. In July 2021, I came down with rare blood disease which I’m stilling trying to figure out. Maria and her staff are very kind, sweet, friendly, and supportive. Maria always asks how I’m doing with my doctors’ appointments etc. Not only I’m a proud CVS Customer, Maria and her staff are family to me and will always be in my heart. Without these guys, keeping me safe and healthy, I would be in a pine box. Now, to the idiots that write bad reviews on CVS Pharmacy’s web site, I totally understand freedom speech. I find it disturbing what people write when they have nothing to do in their life. Writing about bad customer service, Pharmacies employees, etc. It’s called patients. I like to see you stand behind counter, take doctors and patients phone calls, fill prescription bottles, and deal with screaming customers yelling at you every day. Without Maria and her staff, think about this logic question, who would take care of your health. We are all human beings. Give Maria and her staff the common courtesy and respect they deserve. I ask please don’t leave! In conclusion, it’s a real honor for these brave men and women to serve us CVS customers during covid 19. Maria and her staff all deserve recognition award for their decorations of service. They are outstanding, fabulous, shows excellent customer service, and kindness with a smile. My prays are with you and your families. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you. You all rock!”
