“We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion shown to our family. We brought Charlie in after a splenic tumor ruptured, which was an incredibly frightening and emotional situation for us. He ultimately underwent a splenectomy, and throughout the entire process, the veterinary team provided outstanding medical care while also showing tremendous kindness and compassion.
From the very beginning, they took the time to explain Charlie’s condition, the surgery, and what we could expect moving forward. What has meant the most to us is that they have never made us feel rushed when facing difficult decisions. Instead, they have given us precious time with Charlie, answered our questions honestly, and helped us understand our options so that we can make thoughtful and informed decisions about what is best for him. During such a heartbreaking and uncertain time for our family, their compassion has made an enormous difference.
We cannot thank Dr. Neubaum and her staff enough for their expertise, patience, honesty, kindness, and exceptional care. We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that combines excellent medical care with genuine compassion.”
