Great location and amenities. The only downside is the dog owners that don't clean up after their dogs. It was a minefield navigating my pups to find a clean location to do their business.

This rest area has clean restrooms, travel information, and brochures for all areas of PA. It is easy off and back on to I-81.
Interstate 81 North Welcome Center in Greencastle Franklin County Pennsylvania has a wide variety of information for Pennsylvania. the Welcome Center will also help facilitate acquiring lodging for the night. the Rest area/bathrooms/vending machines are open 24hrs a day and the Welcome Center is staffed from 0900-1730 (9am-5:30pm).
