Don't call for lawn mower repair because they put on a list but don't ever call you back. We supposely were 4th on the list for lawnmower repair and have been told two weeks in a row we would be called and are still waiting. This is the second year they have done this. If you are smart you won't call them.

Website said they had a product; husband drove over to see if it was there. Nope. Told that they didn't care if it was on the website or not, it wasn't on hand. Over the years, same bad service. If you need something, it's not likely to be on hand, or helpful staff. Cannot recommend. :(

The staff is always extremely helpful, and I've yet to have a situation where the associate helping me wasn't knowledgeable of the product they were selling me.
