“The service of the pharmacist last night at Walgreens in Uniontown, PA Walgreens was exceptional. Despite the pressures they have faced, they seem to have the most friendly staff I have seen broad scope. They were able to answer all my pharmacology questions, ironically this is a rare thing for me, my local martins pharmacy does this as well. Both have the feel of small town pharmacies, but they always have the friendliest kindest, and efficient staff. 5 stars every time I visit. Remember to be kind to the people who support us. “I’ve never appreciated Rite aid more then I do now. I had to have a few prescriptions refilled out of state due to a temporary extended stay with sick family and I’m on pharmacy number 3 due to incompetent employees in these local out of state pharmacies. They’ve not only delayed my refills but they refilled them incorrectly. I can’t wait to get back to my Rite Aid in California. The staff there is extremely friendly and they know me by name when I walk in the door. Jennifer is super nice and helpful as is Chris and Eric and all who work assisting them. They know me and my prescriptions and if there a discrepancy they’re on it and resolve it quickly. They call me and keep me up to date on anything to do with my prescriptions that may come up and are always happy to advise on any questions I have. Thank you to all of them for all they do every day. Even things we as the public aren’t even aware of that they do to be good pharmacists and help their customers.”

“They are starting to have less and less stuff period. I'm beginning to wonder if they are getting ready to close for good. That's what it looks like to me. They use to at least have a lot of novelty items, esp for the holidays, and a good selection of tobacco products besides the pharmacy of course not now they don't even have either of those. Very little tobacco products and most of the shelves are looking pretty thread bare. I hate for them to go. They've been a staple in Carmichaels my whole life, I'm 41, and we've already lost too many things lately (The Drive-In. Oh why?!?).”

“I am beyond appreciative and happy with the help of rite aide. Not only was the lady I spoke to fast and helpful she was very kind. My son's medication is on back order and I had no idea. My pharmacy which was cvs never called to let me know anything about thus issue. At cvs pharmacy no one ever called to tell me my son's medication was low or out of stock. I called and the lady was rude at cvs, insane! THe day of refill Cvs informs me his medication is out for the next few months! No one called me days in advanceed about this issue. Which is an issue that should have been informed days before hand. Shame on cvs pharmacy I was panicking. My son who is non-verbal, Adhd-extremely hyper, and has Autism needs his medication for school to calm down his brain so he can sit still and concentrate. I called every pharmacy near me basically in tears trying to find my sons medication. I called Pittsburgh area they all said the same thing no medication for atleast 2 months.. what was i supposed to do now? My sons poor teacher is already stressed out without the medication i couldn't even imagine how stressed he would be dealking with just my child. Who is a habdful on medication. I was beyond stressed out thinking about this. I called rite aide and surprisingly the nice lady said yes we have them call your drs office and have it fax over asap. I did and not even an hour past and my son's medication is being filled. I am beyond grateful!! And happy because the lady was very nice. Thank you rite aide pharmacy.! I will always do business through you guys. I will always let everyone know how amazing you guys are. Unlike CVS. I'm sure the rite aide cooperation would be very proud of their employees today. I will always get my meds through rite aide now. Cvs pharmacy needs to take notes! Rite aide helped a 12 year old Handicap boy be able to concentrate at school today. So thank you!”

“I got treatment for trauma in the Florida area but I'm from PA. And naturally my doctor had to send over refills. Walmart would do it but only if my insurance would cover the script. CVS understood I've taken only 4 medications in over 10yrs bc of the state wide data base. & had no problem letting me just pay cash as long as the doctor sent anything over of mine electronically. I'd be sitting here without medication I've been on for years if it wasn't for CVS & the pharmacist looking into all my history of meds. So I'm giving them 5 stars. Well I'm giving the woman pharmacist 5 stars. it should be anyones rite to pay cash if your insurance doesn't cover a certain medication... Walmart & the ignorance of their pharmacy staff there to check for my insurance but not look into the very same medications that were being filled that I've had for over a decade is just sicking to to anyone. Thank you CVS!!!!”
